1. Return Address

2. Order Cancellation & Processing Time
Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement.
Order Processing: We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days.
Conditions for Cancellation:
Cancellations are only accepted if requested before your order is shipped and within the 24-hour window.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be returned (see return rules below).
If the time of cancelling the order is earlier than the delivery time and it is within the time specified by the website for cancelling the order, the order can be canceled.
3. Return Conditions
Consumer-Initiated Returns:
If the return is due to your preference (e.g., size/color change), you are responsible for the return shipping fee. The cost depends on the express company you select.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Seller-Initiated Returns (Our Fault):
If the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or has quality issues, we cover return shipping fees.

4. Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Your original payment method will be credited; processing times vary by bank/payment provider.

Final sale items:
Underwear/swimwear (hygiene reasons)
Customized/personalized products
Initiate return in "My Account" or email us
Receive prepaid return label (U.S. only)
Ship back within 7 days of approval
U.S.: Free for defective/wrong items
International: Customer pays return shipping
Size exchanges available within 14 days
Subject to stock availability
Sale items refunded at purchase price
Damaged items: Email photos within 48hrs
